Before Sending

Include the details that identify the issue

Include your username when the request concerns an account, the public event or comment URL when relevant, and a concise description of what needs attention. For source corrections, include the supporting source and explain the specific inaccurate detail.

Never send your password, email verification token, or sensitive identity documents. Auranite will only request additional verification through a confirmed process when it is necessary.

Auranite is not an emergency service

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate public authority. Auranite cannot dispatch assistance, investigate active hazards, or provide law-enforcement services.
